If you need to change the extension that you're using on your Broadview phone, or you need to log back into an extension, you can follow the instructions below.
1. To log out of the phone use the following steps:
a) Press the MENU soft key.
b) Press the LOGOUT soft key.
c) Confirm the logout operation by pressing the YES soft key.
d) You will now see the following screen when the phone is logged out.
2. To log into an extension on the phone, use the following steps:
a) Press the ACTIVATE soft key.
b) Type in the extension number using the number keypad.
c) Type in the pin number and press the ENTER soft key.
d) You will now see a similar screen as below, showing your extension number once you're logged in:
