If your Computer Mouse isn't working or responding, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Check Connectivity.
First you should make sure that your Mouse is still connected to your computer. Follow the wire from your Mouse and it should lead to your computer tower. Be sure that it is plugged in securely and test again. -
Reboot Computer.
If the step above did not resolve the issue you can try restarting your computer. Follow the steps below for the easiest way to do this without a working mouse:
a) Press "CTRL, ALT, & DEL"
b) Use the arrow keys to navigate and highlight the arrow in the right hand corner by the red power icon and press the "Enter" key.
c) Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Restart" option from the list that appears and press the "Enter" key.
