Accessing and Using the Pay-O-Matic Helpdesk Portal.


The following guide details what level of access CSRs have in the Pay-O-Matic Helpdesk Portal, and how to access it.

Solutions (Articles with instructions categorized in a Knowledge Base)
All CSRs can access the website and browse predefined solutions to help solve common problems, regardless if you are logged in or not. See below on how to access the Solutions section.

1. Open the portal using the “Pay-O-Matic Helpdesk” link from the Favorites in the Start Menu.


2. Once the portal is open, click on “Browse Solutions”.


3. Now that you’re in the “Solutions” section you can either search for something at the top of the page, or browse all solution articles.



Note: If you can’t find a solution to your problem, please contact the Helpdesk at 516 714 0160 for assistance. We will gladly assist and create a solution if necessary.

Tickets.
Only store managers can open tickets to report problems or place service requests. This can be done by clicking on “Report a Problem” or “Request New Service”, after logging in to the portal with the username and password.


Note: While you are entering a ticket, related solution articles will appear on the right hand side. This may provide useful information to assist with the problem you are experiencing.

Resetting your password.
If you are a store manager and you have forgotten your password, please see below on resetting your password.

1. On the login screen, click on “Forgot Your Password”.


2. Enter your store email address into the box and click on “Reset My Password”.


3. You will receive an email in your store email account with a link to reset your password.
