Once logged into the Pay-O-Matic Helpdesk portal you will be presented with the following sections: 


• Announcements

This is where you will see important announcements that the Helpdesk may post for you to see.


• Your Tickets

This is where you can view your tickets whether they are open or closed. You can also track progress, responses and activities as they are updated.


• Report a Problem

Here you can report a new problem to the Helpdesk. Solutions possibly related to your problem will automatically show on the right hand side of this screen.


• Request New Service

Here you can place a request for a new device or service. Examples include: Ordering new hardware, Requesting New Software, and Onboarding new users.


• Browse Solutions

Here you can browse a list of solutions for common issues that could occur in your field.
